  Brand new Drive Medical Nitro Sprint Rollator arrived quickly and packaged in original box. Pictures and descriptions accurately reflect the item received. The price was fantastic and the seller worked with us when we sent in an offer. The rollator is a beautiful shade of blue which is moms favorite color. The quality is fantastic.   The item sold and listed as new but upon arrival it was not.. we immediately contacting the seller they worked out an agreement with me for a refund/return or a reduction in the price for me to keep.   Great value . Packaging was ripped a little and one of the corner locking brackets were broken but fortunately I didn’t need all 6 . Decent shipping time and apart from the breakage everything fits the description. Slides work perfectly .

  Good seller, I appreciate the very fast shipping. It got here a day early even. Well done usps. The seller didn't have the top packaging cardboard in the container and the unit got jostled around a bit during shipping breaking off part of the back of the corner of the lid. If they had added a little padding it would have been perfect. Unit works well so far so good thanks.
