    Item did not fit even though the model numbers were the same. Seller should know more about the product they are selling, especially when not allowing returns. I offered the seller photos of the product next to mine and they did not care.

    The buyer knowingly used this with an incompatible, non-original machine, then turned around and blamed the seller. That’s not a product issue — that’s buyer negligence. Leaving a negative review under these circumstances is misleading, irresponsible, and frankly unacceptable.

    This review is unfair and misleading. The buyer asked to cancel after shipment and then sent aggressive, abusive, and threatening messages with vulgar language. Such behavior is unacceptable. We still issued a full refund. Leaving negative feedback after abusing the seller is dishonest and malicious.
