    I have been working with this seller, and although there were issues in the beginning, the seller has worked hard to help me find a solution to the issues. I do feel this issue ( a broken bulb in the projector), came from not being packaged carefully, hopefully this will not be a problem in a future shipment. We have resolved our problems.
