    I thought there would be package and a manual or at least a start up piece because they are supposed to be Factory Refurbished. Most importantly the sound quality is terrible. They are very thin sounding with very, very low bass. How do they check that? I expected the BEST in sound quality after watching many reviews. My Sound Core A 40 ear buds at $45 just kill these things. I want to return them. Very dissatisfied.
