  After opening the box, I carefully straightened the slightly bent hangers and back strap. No scratches so I guess it was packaged that way. The minimal packaging had no serious damage. Free shipping makes it a decent enough deal. Tracking didn't seem to do anything until notice of delivery. Overall, not bad.

  Received shipping tracking information several days after ordering item. I tracked the item and after a few days of USPS waiting for item received notice item on its way. Received a message from the seller refunding my money because the shipping company sent the item to a wrong address. Strange that I could still track the package that ended up in Alabama. I did get my money back, however I am a little skeptical about the reason I was given for not receiving the item.
