Clock damaged in shipping. Glass and internal parts broken. Needed better protection and packaging to survive trip through the mail.

This buyer is trying to avoid his responsibility. Clock was delivered 5/13. He contacted me on 5/17. Who had the clock,and where was it, for those 4 days. He fails to show the damaged done to the box in shipping, he doesn't show all of my protective packaging. I told him to file a claim with USPS.He acknowledged the damage and said he would mention that to USPS. Perhaps USPS paid his claim. I later asked him how that went, but he did not respond. He never asked for a return nor refund.
