    Seller did not ship until SEVERAL days beyond the date I was supposed to receive the items plus zero communication. I opened a Item Not Received case and seller still did not communicate of ship until the day eBay would have had to step in. I will not be making any further purchases from this seller in future. Product itself is nothing special but I suppose does the job it was intended for.

    Product was shipped right away but missed its intake scan and then was delayed in transit. Despite the buyer's conclusions the product began to make progress while the Item not Received case was in progress - the case was opened almost immediately after purchase. The real story here: the buyer uses our products as some type of craft they pass off as they're own creation and was upset because they had trouble filling an order. We have blocked this buyer from future purchases.

    So lets see the facts Shipping Label created on May 29th. Item Acceptance (received by USPS) on June 10th As for when and why the case opened, package was supposed to delivered on June 4th, Case was opened on the 5th because there was no tracking information until June 10th. Funny how this seller's typical excuse are all the same and apply to all their unsatisfied customers.
