    Headunit not turning on, Seller didn’t include a correct harness, and accussing me for not knowing how to “calibrate” the headunit, how can you “calibrate it if it doesn’t even power up!? I can tell that This seller doesn’t know how to do basic manual harness wiring and hes the one judging a buyer like me despite all the pictures i sent of the troubleshooting i did. Wtf i have an automotive degree and ive installed dozens of these chinese radios. Thank God for eBay purchase protection.

    Every unit we sell is bench tested before assembly to ensure it is as advertised. Customer was installing it himself(WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION!!!). We advised he would need to calibrate the unit b/c touchscreen was not responding. He did not know how to calibrate. Then he did not know how to reset. We informed him to return b/c he had no idea what he was doing! He may have an automotive degree but he does not know how to plug in a head unit. Received unit back, works perfect!
