    These are very strong compared to what I have taken before. (fewer mg's) I had to open the capsules and split the powder in half. Use extreme caution if trying these for the first time. In my experience, they are effective, but I would NOT follow the directions on the bottle. I'm only taking half the capsule in the morning with breakfast, and the effects last all day. I'm a healthy female 5'3 140lbs. for reference. They make me very thirsty and give loads of energy. USE CAUTION!
