  I bought a battery for Samsung galaxy s21 plus 5G for the past two week never arrived,item marked as a posted (untracked??) .Terrible experiance and very poor communication after two weeks still being asked to wait longer I highly do not recommend this seller

  Paid for 'New' battery and tools. Received a 'used' battery, stuck by it's unprotected 'factory' adhesive to it's bag (had to remove and replace all adhesive which (after install) charged and tested at most 80% capacity. Tools missing. Arrived late. Contacted seller and was instructed to post it back, on receipt they said they would issue a refund. They even sent me a photo of a 'used' postage paid envelope to print and use as a 'postage paid' return. SKETCHY!
