  Seller sent(?) the item in a nontracked package and it never arrived. Asked me to wait another week and said if it didn't arrive then he would send a replacement. Of course it didn't arrive and he refunded the purchase rather than sending a replacement - when I asked about the replacement promise he resorted to all caps typing questioning my reading skills and refused to acknowledge his statement that he would provide a replacement. Useless attempt at purchase and distasteful exchange.
