    Item comes in a tin. It was to be used as a gift. It arrived wrapped in 1 thin sheet of bubble wrap and put in a plastic envelope. It arrived dented and smashed. Sellers only response was 30 return policy. Why should I have to go through the hassles of the return process/ return shipping and re-ordering new item when it was poorly/ improperly packaged in the first place? It was seller negligence. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to fix it.
