Specifically bought stiff cardboard large letter packaging. which is brand new. The product is brand new. We have never had a complaint about poor packaging, especially not for this product. And we have been selling them for several years. Every bag is checked for possible damage before sending. It seems very strange, that the buyer actually asked us to send the "best one" at the time of purchase.
