    When this was packaged, the clothing item was not fully contained to the package area. Because it was loose in the bag & not either separately wrapped in tissue paper or other ziplock bag or similar, the cuff of the sleeve had come over the edge of the fold. Thus, when cutting the bag open, a piece of the fabric was cut on the sleeve cuff, leaving a hole. I contacted the seller twice, without receiving reply. I have ordered lots of clothes from eBay & this has not happened before.
