  While the seller was packing up my item, she noticed some small nicks in the base. She offered to refund the egos price, but nicks or not, I had to have the piece. I was happy to pay the full price, but she insisted that I only pay the shipping. Now that's customer service. The shipping was fast and the packaging kept my piece safe on its journey.
