    The as said 'opened box' so I figured all was well except somehow the box got opened. When it arrived there were no 'brushes' but the vibrating toothbrush handle was fine and operates normally. Luckily for me I had extra brushes as I had purchased them earlier with my other Philips Sonicare and they fit perfectly !
