  This item was listed as new. The plastic seal that usually is on these items was not on it. It had a lot of scotch tape so the lid wouldn’t open during shipping. It was a different color and a much lower price on the bottle which Bath and BW has not had that price or that color for this body wash in YEARS. It said it was returnable up to a certain date, which was the date I got it. I ended throwing it in the trash

  Wow! What a misstatement. Item arrived 2 days after purchase and there is a 30 day return policy. Item pictured is what was shipped so there should not have been any surprises on the bottle style or color of the wash. And yes, I tape the lid to ensure it doesn't open during shipment as items from the store do not have seals and body creams are never sealed. I do have some older items and if you had just asked, I would have been willing to do a refund knowing the item was older. COMMUNICATION!
