    The item size was 1X. Indeed the sewn in tag stated 1X. Unfortunately something had shrunk it..possibly a hot dryer. It was much shorter in front than in back. It fit exactly like a size Medium. Beautiful shirt..now headed for Goodwill, as seller does not accept returns. My loss.. Only disappointment I have had on EBay.
