  Where do I start. I spend 3 days & many hours speaking with HP technical to no avail. I was unable to connect the printer to Wi Fi or USB. As a result I ended up buying a new printer which I I connected to WiFi without any technical support. I seriosly doubt this was a new printer. The serial # csaid expired!!@

  Although the printer was new in a box, it is a discontinued model. The printer didn't work out of the box because the ink was so old. I installed the ink and got nothing but streaks. I was able to install newer ink from my old printer and got the new printer to work. When I reached to the seller for a credit for the ink, He responded but I got nowhere. I didn't get what I paid for! Ink is expensive.
