    The expensive item I purchased was received broken in two pieces due to poor packing. I asked for compensation to pay for the repair - which I was denied by the seller. They refused to cover the cost of having this item fixed. Unprofessional.

    not true, ebay & i were going to refund so i sent a return label & instead the buyer closed the case, then tried to extort money out of me and said not giving feedback till i get a refund. buyer was going to repair the leg anyway, seems funny that that same leg popped off when i double boxed & was cushioned well, everyone mentions how well i pack in my feedback, ebay is going to remove this feedback due to extortion
