  I was excited but it all turned into a mess. Ricki told me a day after I purchased it that they had dropped it off at the post office. 2 weeks later, tracking still says they are awaiting the package. Get eBay involved, seller finally responds now, was extremely sick and NOW all packages going to post office. Overlooking the fact I was lied to, I still gave them grace and just asked for the product. No response for 3 days, no movement... got a refund.

It is so very important to me that my customers are happy because my ability to rescue precious cats and dogs depends upon it. It is disgraceful how many dogs and cats are neglected, abused and abandoned by heartless owners and it is my mission to make a real difference.
