  Sent for repairs end of May and still not received back. Really disappointed with this seller, gives tracking number but never even sent out and I'm getting frustrated with this, wouldn't recommend seller at all, should have never used seller to begin with at this rate. Horrible communication with seller as well. Should have bought services elsewhere

  I gave this seller a positive rating based on the condition of the item (it looked good and seemed to function properly during the song loading process and playback tests); not on the overall transaction. The item arrived almost 2 weeks later than the original due date. When I reached out to the seller they didn't respond. I reported it missing. In the meantime I received an email from the seller asking, "how did we do?" This came before the item was even shipped. I wasn't very happy overall.
