    I was very happy when it arrived; I opened the box and everything was great until I plugged it in and put a pencil in the machine for it to sharpen..l it didn't sharpen! I waited and tried with a new pencil about a half hour later and still nothing; there is something wrong with the machine. I decided to unscrew the machine and I find that a gear is broken, a common issue with these; seller refused to partually refund me $8 so that I may purchase a replacement gear; seller ignores my messages!
