    Initially the item was not received and I opened a case - the seller indicated a carrier error said he would ship out immediately and give me a 25% credit for my patience. I received the item only to find out the picture didn't match the description and I got something I don't need and of course I've not seen the 25% refund. Understand stuff happens so just neutral
