    As I mentioned earlier, the jackets are great. It’s just whether she shipped in the normal way or a box. They all came crinkled, and I had to pay to have them steamed out of the crinkles.

    Quality is good, the first jacket came with lots of wrinkles that would not come out the second one she put in a box for me and it still had wrinkles so I took both of them to a cleaning shop and they charged me $46 to use a steam cleaner on them to straighten the jacket material out so it wasn’t all crinkled
