About us

We are home schooled siblings who were challenged by our parents to start a business four years ago. We look for items to buy and resell from local stores as well as purchase pallets of new/returned goods. Each item is inspected/tested before it is listed and we do our best to accurately describe the condition/issues.

Our mission is to acquire merchandise that is destined to end up in landfills and salvage whatever we can to resell to customers. By doing so, our customers can keep their own appliances/equipment running longer and there is less unnecessary waste. We also strive to reuse packaging whenever possible. We've learned so much through this experience and thank you for taking the time to shop at our store.

    The item shipped, arrived extremely fast, two days b4 due date. However not the part l thought l had ordered. Likely that had to do a lack of description in the photo of the different parts. It sure looked like what l wanted. I sent a message with 2 photos, but apparently it didn't go through so l sent another after receiving shipment. In that message as well as the next message requesting how to return it, both responses said to 'request a return' Im accustomed to getting a response from seller

    As we initially stated, we never received your first message and it still does not show up in any correspondence so it was ever sent. After reviewing your photos once they were received, we let you know we did not have the part you needed. Not sure what else you'd like us to do for a return. You have to create the return request on your end to start the process. Once the part is returned, we'll issue a refund.
