  The listing was misleading and did not match my expectations. I requested a return for a full refund, but the seller refused. The overall customer experience was disappointing. The photos provided were unclear, and the seller unfairly blamed me for the issues while making too many excuses. In reality, the seller is at fault for not providing clear images or an accurate listing, resulting in a poor and careless presentation.

  i did not want this item back as it was very low value so i was happy to refund without returning if the buyer was reasonable. however the buyer told me my description was not good but couldn't say where or why. they then told me my photos did not show the connector for the item so i circled the connector in the photo to show it was there. they obviously didn't look . i had no issue in helping but this buyer was insistent on it being my fault instead of theirs. just admit you made a mistake easy
