  The item didn't arrive. I contacted the seller who sent me a replacement. The pen arrived but with no bookmark. I told the seller the bookmark wasn't with it, she said she would find it and has since not replied to any of my messages concerning the bookmark. It was meant to be a birthday present for my 8 year old daughter on the 4th.

  It took a week to despatch and another week to arrive. Described as 'new' and, although a tag was attached, the inside of the parasol has a lot of brown stains. I messaged the seller, with photos, 10 days ago - but he/she has not bothered to respond. This is the first time in 15 years that I have left negative Feedback.
