    My laptop model was listed in the title so I bought a couple keys. The 2 keys did NOT fit or work on my laptop (see photos for differences). Seller initially was communicative and I thought they were going to refund after I opened a case. But they simply closed the case. And now I have 2 keys that I can't use and nothing I can do about it. Don't buy any keys from this seller because you're screwed if it doesn't fit. Bad business practice with no concern for customer satisfaction.

    Buyer threatened negative feedback unless sent free parts. Listing states no returns and instructs buyers to match key style before purchase. eBay policy was followed; support to find the correct part was offered.
