    Shipping and payment was smooth. The packaging of my desktop tower was good with protective styrofoam. Not factory made but, hey it was a used one. Nothing damaged. I don't know yet if it works because I'm still waiting on other parts for it. The item description could have been better or more detailed but I got good answers when I messaged more questions and quite fast answers too.
