  the phone is not as the seller described it, the battery capacity is 78%, but the seller said more than 82%, the battery capacity was increased through the computer.

  The buyer purchased the phone then proceeded to ask me questions which I tried to answer to the best of my ability. I asked if he still wanted to proceed with the transaction and he was surprised I hadn’t shipped the phone yet. Now he is messaging me 30 days later and leaving negative feedback with false claims.
