    For over a week this item had a tracking number but wasn't given to USPS. I let the seller know I had ordered one from another seller and needed to cancel my order but got no reply. Then eBay said they would contact the seller about it but the seller would have a few days to respond. I sent the seller another message that I wanted to cancel the order and they still hadn't given it to USPS. When I got the package it didn't have the modem in it and I haven't figured out how to get a refund.
