We exist to help bridge the Digital Divide. We're a non-profit so the money our business generates goes back in to helping our local community here in Birmingham. We provide electronics repair training courses, we occasionally receive grants to fix devices and give them away, we run repair café among a plethora of other things.
By purchasing our devices, parts, tools, etc. you are helping us realise our mission as well as helping us responsibly dispose of or re-use as many devices as possible.

We're a small non-profit and aren't always able to check messages daily; eBay is one part of our business. We dispatched on time but an issue outside of our control meant the item wasn't collected. As soon as we became aware we jumped in to action to make things right for the buyer; to our dismay, we found they'd already left negative feedback! They're unreasonable, we've blocked them from ordering again. You should too.
