Unfortunately, the fuel filter had a very small crack in it, which was surprising since everything was packed well in a small box; probably happened before the kit was packaged.     As soon as I open the package, I realized it did not match the part I was trying to replace, I contacted them and we agreed I would ship it back for a full refund. It was not the right part, but the whole deal went very smoothly. I would do business with them again.

    The seller did a great job except for the package wasn't sufficient to protect the item. USPS took the package all over the place and back again to get it to us well after the expected date. That was USPS's fault. When we opened it the carburetor had a couple of broken pieces so we had to replace them. The seller needs to package better.

    Excellent seller and carburetor arrived on time, installation was easy and mower runs like new. the carburetor was poorly packaged, it came in a plastic bag and the throttle lever was bent, which I was able to repair myself, but if it was in a box that would have been better
