    Opal arrived partly broken after shipping. Right away, seller offered 50% off, which i agreed to. 13 days and several reminders later, i received the discount. The other opal it shipped with was undamaged. The outer packaging was good, so likely a flaw in the opal with some pressure from the other opal on it caused the breakage. Please be careful combining shipping. Thank you!
