    Lampworking has undergone many changes throughout time; from the rise of its secretive beginnings in Venice as a tightly guarded organized trade, to today's free exchange of trade secrets online for all to learn... Modern technology has simplified the process, no longer relying upon tallow & oil lamps and primitive tools. Our modern glass studio utilizes propane/oxygen torch, tools, and a kiln for annealing the beads to ensure a durable product.
