    The ovens we purchased won’t work and not allowed as it is combination of Gas and Electric also some of its parts are broken and inoperable. We called the seller Mi Rancho several times for return ticket but so far no response. It has 30 days return guarantee. Our experience with Seller is very disappointing and frustrating. We need eBay’s help to resolve the issue.
