    These tapes are old stock, of course - as any tape of this type would be. Mine arrived sealed, with a broken tension band - as I expected. However, age has not been good to it in other ways. Replacing the band with a Plastiband (different from a standard rubber band) got it sort-of working, but I had lots of trouble getting it to not jam itself on initial retension/indexing. It ended up being unrecoverable after too many jams, but it's what I expected. It's the vintage game and I'm happy.
