  Seller listed the item payment with VAT included and then never passed the VAT to proper authorities resulting in double charging the buyer with VAT. This is a frequently known scam, beware. See the photos i have uploaded, i stand being correct.

  To Clarify, we did not collect any VAT payment, as eBay has already processed a VAT refund directly to you.
