    The service and support is phenomenal, all questions prior to my purchase were answered and support with anything that wasn't right once I'd received it was amazing. I had asked whether this laptop came with a pen as some yogas do and I was answered yes. When I received my laptop without a pen they had worked with me to ensure I would receive a pen.
