    It was supposed to be a new item and seller advertised price for 3 boxes. I only received one box which had been opened before and bulbs at the base were corroded some. I contacted the seller multiple times requesting a full refund and a pre-paid label to ship the one box back, but I never received a reply. This is the worst experieced I've encountered with a seller from ebay.
