    I needed this tool to fix a Phone ASAP. Ordered from this seller because the item "ships from US" and the seller was one state away. The item was actually dropped shipped from China. I realized it as soon as I received the tracking number and it was "picked up by shipping partner." Ordered from another seller. Initiated a refund, shipped it back with the label eBay sent me, it was delivered and a week went by with no refund. Contacted seller. No reply. Had to get eBay to step in for my refund.
