  The front of the remote was sandwiched against the RCA plugs of the player, no padding between them, causing the remote to get scratched. The box was a retail box of another Blu-ray player. The box was advertising its contents. The box being so thin it offered little protection for the contents. The seller offered no apology, only said to return it as damaged. The item was as described but poor packing caused an otherwise pristine remote to arrive damaged. $14.95 paid for subpar shipping.

  Obvious problem buyer! Check my MANY glowing feedback comments in regards to packing and this one was no exception. Bubble wrapped in an OEM box...how could it be better? I offered a full refund upon return, but instead, buyer leaves negative comment. Typical actions of a scammer trying to get a free item. I recommend blocking buyer as I have...not worthy of my business. You just can't please some people!
