    I’ve been a buyer on this platform for many years and I always make it clear that I don’t live in the U.S., as returns from my country are very expensive—often more than the item itself. This seller made a mistake with the shoe size and didn’t take responsibility. They gave me false promises of a reshipment or refund, which were never fulfilled, and then expected me to cover all return shipping costs, doubling my expenses. I will never buy from this seller again.

    I am sincerely sorry about that.Therefore, I would like to clear something up.I am the one who contact you one month after you receive the shoes about the wrong size I did my best trying to resolve the issue asking to return the shoes then you respond saying that the label mention Miami USA but you are not living at this address you are living out of the USA you live In Republic Dominica Label return will cost you more that the shoes.PLEASE NEXT TIME LET SELLER KNOW ABOUT YOUR REAL LOCATION
