    While it is used, I did expect it to work. I can turn the tv off and on with it but not change volumes, control the tv either the button, change the input, or change the channels going up. I’d like to return it

    While I don't know that your TV is the correct TV for this remote, I did provide a full refund as well as allow you to keep the remote.
