Family business based in beautiful Cardiff Bay, South Wales. Founded in 2015 by two freelance journalists with a passion for print, we provide (mainly) international customers with a UK newspaper and magazine service, providing publications which would be otherwise unavailable to collectors, ex-pats, memory box curators and sometimes even the featured celebrities themselves. We also specialise in collectables and ephemera with an emphasis on popular culture, video games, British royalty and sport. We are trusted, top-rated sellers of print media, having built a loyal customer base during our ten years of trading, particularly during the pandemic. We love the challenge of tracking down scarce editions and if they're out there, no matter how far away, we'll find them! Reports of print's death have been greatly exaggerated and we are proud to play a small part in keeping the tradition alive.

The late arrival may have been out of their hands, however there was no information from eBay or the Royal Mail as to whether this item had even been shipped or was in the process of being sent. I was given a tracker number which didn't work and I was also unable to contact the seller, and without these two options I was in the dark. The customer could not accept that there was no in-progress information. The package was one day later than estimated when the customer initially contacted us - making numerous allegations about dishonesty, when it was actually a delay at their local delivery office. An equally unpleasant experience for us due to the buyer allowing impatience to evolve into paranoia.
