The tag remover got here and works good but I am disappointed in the seller. It stated the product was in Arizona. It wasn't. Once you place an order, they order it from China and have it sent to you. My order was placed on July 20th. It didn't showed shipped until July 27th. Around the 25th, I messaged them about why it had not been shipped yet. They gave excuses about family emergency. When it finally shipped, that was when I noticed it was coming from China, by the tracking number
