Purchased 9/30, label created 10/1, should have arrived by 10/9, USPS received 10/14, received on 10/17 and ALL 5 items were not what was ordered. I presume they didn't have them to begin with and instead of communicating that with me, they just mailed something similar. They received my return on 10/25 and on 10/29 I received my refund.
