  Bought albums from a popular K-Pop group that were supposed to have a signed postcard. Seller confirmed multiple times that they are signed. Seller wanted to send the order confirmation from the official store where they apparently bought, which never happened. Albums were not signed in the end (most likely normal non-signed albums from retail stores). Thankfully returned and refunded but a little disappointed since I did trust the sellers words and reviews. :(

  I ordered this item (16 oz size) but received a smaller size (7 oz). I requested an exchange, but the seller didn’t have any more. I then requested a refund for the difference, and the seller agreed, asking for a couple of days to get the money sent. It has been weeks now and I still haven’t gotten a refund. I contacted the seller a couple more times. The first time they said they were waiting on another return and would send my refund soon. The second time I never got a response.
