    Evil Giovanni reporting in. This Canadian trainer ordered internationally from us in the USA and unlike the Johto region, you can't just take the magnet train between regions. I shipped the item to ebay and they took care of the international portion via DHL. Unfortunately, this trainer did not want to pay the customs fees. Fees that I do not set and do not collect. Since they wouldn't pay the customs fees, DHL can't release the item and they blame me. Pay customs and you'll receive your item.
